PLEASE NOTE:

1) IMMEDIATE PAYMENT IS REQUIRED AT SUBMISSION.
      Email backlogging has become extremely difficult to manage. Form will be deemed incomplete and will no longer be chasing payments.  And your submission will be deleted

2) PROVIDE ALL PHOTOS REQUIRED
       In the upload section, all required photos have been mentioned; they need to be included as part of your  application If  you don't have them yet, cancel and return once you have them

 3) HVS SCHEME MEANS NO MODS EVER!
        Your vehicle must enter and remain as per factory spec. If found with mods on the application, we will unlikely allow you the chance to rectify and reapply, but will allow you to enter the CVS scheme instead, which is made for non-factory spec vehicles.
Anyone caught hiding or adding mods to a vehicle after passing HVS will be blacklisted
