1. Organisation name and details

D) Registered under ASIC for business
E) Registered under the Department of Fair Trading for the purpose of incorporation for affiliation
C) Affiliated with CMC (council of motor clubs) for the purpose of the HVS/CVS scheme
2. Objectives and purposes
a) Club Activities such as cruises, BBQs general gatherings car show attendances and charity support
b) Gathering owners of vehicles of all makes and models
c) Promote a safe and welcoming family environment
d) Offering historic and classic vehicle registration as well as accepting vehicles newer than 30 years to join and participate as a non-club rego member
3. Eligibility of vehicles
a) All vehicles are eligible for the purpose of club rego.
b) Members area of the club is for the purpose to be invited to club events, at no extra charge. However, this is strictly by invitation only for vehicles found suited by the club president
4 . Discounts rewards and bonuses
a) Generous discounts are given for those that bring in new members, this is applicable if you in the member's area or not.
b) Those in members' area are rewarded pending on responsiveness and attendances
5. MEMBERSHIP RULES AND BENEFITS
a) All paid memberships are for a 12-month period which will start at the date of received payment.
b) all renewals must be paid by the end of your renewal month. failure to do so will mean having all details removed from records and will have to start the process all over again.
c) Members must abide by club rules! Any dangerous driving or anti-social behaviour will have their membership reviewed or cancelled. threats or harassment of any kind will not be tolerated and face instant dismissal from the club.
d) All members are welcome to any events we offer. you are required to respond to all invitations. PLEASE DO NOT IGNORE THEM!
When required to state how many will be attending with you.
Constant non-responding to invitations will see you removed from members and reduce your chances of discounts and offers
e) All members are made to feel welcome and be part of a team in a family-friendly and safe environment
f) Members are welcome to bring spouses/partners along with their children OR a close friend with them in club events
g) No minimum attendances are applicable
h) Club president reserves the right to terminate membership early if found non-suitable of club or breach of contract or way of constitutional guidelines coherent.
6. MEMBERSHIPS AVAILABLE
a) HVS (Historic Vehicle Scheme) non-modified vehicles over 30 years old
b) Standard membership (no club rego) cars of all ages wishing to attend club events
c) CVS ( Classic Vehicle Scheme) for modified vehicles over 30 years old
7. Pricing
a)For the first year an administration fee is applicable
this fee sets up your personal profile in safe keeping for the purpose of filling your forms out entirely and super efficient renewals. upon renewal, only an inspection slip and payment are required and we do the rest.
b) CVS rego costs are higher and take up to 2 weeks to process. The reason being all applications must pass through the council of motor clubs with an additional fee for their service. the CMC fee is already included in the price and we pay the fee on your behalf.
c) Registered Post is included in pricing. however, we do have express post envelopes on and if required at an additional fee
8. Administration/committee
a) As part of the club subcommittee and financial members, you agree that the current club president can not be voted out or against. The club president overrules any and all voting and decisions in concern with the club.
b) Financial member's vote for the subcommittee will be honoured and agreed and discrepancy with admins must be brought forward to the club president in a professional manner in order to resolve any issues
b) The club does not hold monthly meetings however a club member can request a meeting for suitable reasons.
c) A.G.M. (annual general meeting) is considered compulsory and will be conducted as part of the clubs Christmas party where applicable
d) as part of the committee you have 1 free club rego per year or free membership for those that do not require club rego.
if found not helping with the club, the president can remove you from the admin team at any point.
9. Committee consists of

4. Event organisers
5. Online promotors
10. Resolution of internal disputes
a) Disputes against members, committee or club conduct and satisfaction must be personally discussed with a club executive only.
Public rants that can cause upset to other members will see disciplinary action
11. liability agreement
a) all financial and non-finical members that attend any club event agree that Auto United Car Club Inc. will not be held for any liability for any damages to vehicles or any personal injury or theft and willingly enter events completely at your own risk
12. Event cancellation
a)Auto United Car Club reserve the right to cancel events due to poor attendance weather or personal circumstances
