There is a process involved but we got you!
Once you have completed the following steps (shown right)
you will receive an Application form from this club but do not rush to Services NSW!
along with sending you the application we also fill out your stamped declaration your inspection slip documents and pay your fee to CMC (council of Motor Clubs NSW)
They will approve and 2nd stamp your declaration and post it out to you.
It is important not to delay your renewal as the around time is approx 12 days but things can happen that we need to fix or postal delays to factor as well. and your inspection slip photo must be clear and no brake test docket in the way.
IS AN ENGINEER REPORT A MUST TO PASS CVS? NO!
In your first year, you are required a handwritten blue slip. if your modifications have exceeded the limits of road rules the inspector will advise you to obtain an Engeers certificate which you must declare the ECCS number with us.
upon renewal, a handwritten pink slip will be your first step to renew
COSTS
Our first-year fee to enter the scheme is $200
that covered your membership all papers filled out and CMC fee paid for you
postage is an additional cost, options available upon completion of the application
